Lotus doesnt offer automatics. however the elise shares the Toyota 2ZZ-GE Straight 4 engine with the corolla and matrix, so it should be a relatively cheap/easy conversion.
Does anyone know if Lotus has any cars that are automatic or do they only offer stick shift?
Come on, it's a Lotus...has to be a stick, no such thing as an automatic. That's just not right.
Reply:If you can't drive a stick, you don't deserve to drive a Lotus.
Reply:They might have a sequential box, but I would think about a Miata if you want an auto.
Reply:I believ longtime ago the cortina could be in automatic,but now the elite or elan is only stick shift maube in some country you can have it in secantial but not sure about
