How do you think it compares, to OpenOffice?
Has anyone tried Lotus Symphony?
Symphony has a slightly nicer interface but seems really slow. The tabbed interface means all programs (documents, spreadsheets, presentations) all open in one window rather than separate windows so you can not put them side by side. At least I have not been able to .
Symphony is free too just like OO. I would use OO at least until IBM sorts out the sluggishness.
Both are acceptable alternatives to MS Office but not as full featured.
