Is MTGBlack Lotus, all mox jet,pearl,ruby,sapphire,emrald cards banned or restricted?
It depends on the tournament, they are restricted in Type 1 tournaments and banned in all others. But that doesn't mean that you can't use them when playing for fun (yes, on occasion some people still play just for fun).
Reply:All Mox, including Chrome Mox, and Black Lotus are restricted in Type 1 aka Vintage to 1. All but Chrome Mox are banned in Type 1.5 aka Legacy. I wouldn't advise trying to play with more than one of the old Moxes and Lotus. They're just too good and just having them makes you a big target for thieves. I know a guy who had his Power 9 stolen at a big tournament b/c he was showing them off.
