Lotus Notes, since you can create custom Notes databases that range from change management systems to full-blown web applications.
It might be a little more expensive from an IBM support and systems/development maintenance point of view, but it can also bring in lots of business with the right marketing people on board. I think the main advantage is it allows programmers to develop systems in short period of time.
For simple email and calendaring functions, Outlook is probably more practical.
Outlook or Lotus Notes?
Lotus Notes can do more but Outlook is user friendly.
