What would you choose. Lotus Exige or Evo 9 MR ??
The Evo may be faster and is definitely much practical but the Elise is a much more rewarding car to drive on the limit. Since it has such low horsepower it takes a skilled driver to carry momentum through the turns.



Stock to stock I would say that the Elise will be faster in the hands of a skilled driver though a lightly modified Evo will probably win on a track with longish straights.



I drive (and track) an 06 Elise myself.
Reply:Evo is more practical and faster,4g63 is good for 450whp on stock internals.costs much less to modify (factory turbo,heavy aftermarket support)Lotus will get more looks but it will get spanked.You get another 50-60whp easy on an evo just doing exhaust,downpipe,intake,ems.on a lotus your lucky to get 10-15whp doing the basically the same.
Reply:the evo 9 MR, for overall comfort and drivability. Plus it was tested and around an autocross track it beat the Ferrari 360.
