You can but them at the home depot, rona, wal-mart, zellers, ritchies feed %26amp; seed, landons flowers and all the plant stores in your country. Look in the garden center.
Where to buy lotus plants?
Please note 2007 stock is pretty well sold out for the year, but, orders for 2008 are being taken.
There are several good online sources.
I'll give you a list of websites. I personally can't put them in my garden pond because it's not large enough, about 2000 gallons.
