I believe it does, not in the mainstream retail market but as OEM distribution or as bundled software with low cost laptops and PCs. It would alo be used in enviroments which are dedicated to a single type of use, for eg, repetative word processing at a particular workstation of a particular file type. Due its low licensing cost, it still has a life.
