I've googled that scene to no avail and it's bothering me- I'm convinced that in the Neverending Story 1984 original, there was once a scene where the Emperess is sitting by the huge lotus/tulip like flower whose petals open, and in goes a child, and she tells Bastian that they are now going to be born to a couple on earth... though maybe this is from some other movie. It's driving me crazy and I'm beginning to wonder if I didn't simply dream it entirely. Does anyone recall this scene? Where's it from if not that movie?
In what movie are children born by stepping into the lotus flower like the one in Neverending story?
Isnt that apart of that Thumbelina folk story? They might've made a movie about it, i remember hearing that story when i was a kid.
Reply:something with Buddha and Keanu Reeves act in it..
