If I want to move one of them into a folder then they all move or delete one they are all deleted. How do I unselect these search results, so I can work with each one individually?
Lotus Notes search results are all checked?
Try expanding your search bar by clicking on the "More" button to the right. There you will find a field labeled "Sort results by." I believe if you change that to relevance, last modified, or first modified, the search results will not be checked and you will be able to check them yourself so they can be individually filed or deleted.
