How do I filter my mail in Lotus Notes?

I want to filter emails when they come in, program certain emails to go right into a specific folder, not my inbox, does anyone know how to do this with Lotus?

The easiest way (that I use under Lotus Notes 7) is to create a rule. In the navigation pane on the left, under Tools, is a Rules item. Select it, then select Actions -%26gt; New Rule.



In the dialog box that comes up, define the condition that should trigger the rule (don't forget to Add it to the applied conditions), and the Action that should result. Click OK, and test away.
