I use my blackberry 8700 at work. It is synched with my lotus notes account.?

When I get an email, I file it into a folder that is the same folder as my lotus notes. All of a sudden, I am missing a bunch of folders on my blackberry. They are in lotus notes on my pc, but not the blackberry. some are there, but some are missing. Any suggestions?

This issue may be caused by one of the following:



The BlackBerry device cannot communicate with the messaging server to correctly display the mailbox folders.

The folders database on the BlackBerry device has become corrupt.

Resolution

The following steps will cause the BlackBerry device to request information from the messaging server and refresh the folders list on the BlackBerry device:



Connect the BlackBerry device to the computer.

Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

Double-click Backup and Restore.

Click Advanced.

In the Device Databases section on the right, select the Folders and Folder ID databases. (Hold the CTRL key to select more than one at a time.)

Click Clear. If the Clear button is unavailable, see KB03312.

In the Warning window, click OK.

On the Home screen of the BlackBerry device, click the Messages icon.

Click the trackwheel and go to Options %26gt; Email Reconciliation.

Set the Wireless Reconcile option to Off.

Click the trackwheel and select Save.

Set the Wireless Reconcile option to On.

Click the trackwheel and select Save
