I'm having a problem scheduling a meeting in Lotus Notes Calendar--the time is open, I just can't schedule

I had a meeting set for the same time (12-2) in the past in my Notes Calendar, but I deleted it and now Lotus Notes won't let me schedule the meeting. The meeting actually goes from 10-3. So I scheduled the 10-12 block and the 1-3 block, but Lotus will not let me schedule the 12-2 block. I looked in my "free time" options and I had already previously set my free time from 7a-7p, so there should not be a conflict. Actually, NO one in my office can schedule that particular room for that particular time, when no one has it scheduled. Could someone have a recurring time set for the same time in that room and not know it?? Pls help.

One of the invitees to the previous meeting may have sent an acceptance, and it was not deleted on cancellation, holding the room. Your Notes Administrator can run a repair on all the attendees server databases manually, if one is not already running automatically in the job stream with backup, as regular daily maintenance, to clear this condition. Or at least, they can tell you what the resource lock is.
