I have a bag with several packets of lotus root soup. The package is in Chinese but the picture on the back indicates that it's instant soup (just add hot water). I don't really know what to do with it. Can I have the soup by itself or should I prepare it with other ingredients? I eat absolutely anything so I'll appreciate all suggestions and recipes. Thank you!

I am not so sure which type you are referring to. But the one we have is a kind of dessert soup and you need to add hot water in it. It is milky starchy texture and it is good for our skin complexion.
