I have been looking all over the internet for an answer but it does not seem to be possible. I have used Exchange for the past four years and I know it is an easy to set up feature in that program. Why so hard in Lotus?!
How can I redirect my email in Lotus Notes 5?
If you go into Rules and create a new rule. Set it to run on new mail when it arrives. Add an action to forward the email and enter the address you want to forward it to. Save the rule and then Enable it.
