How do you automatically cc an email on Lotus Notes?

I would like to be able to automatically have my coworker cc'd (copied) on all my sent mail. I use Lotus notes.... any idea on how this is possible?

You need to create a Rule.



(1) From 'Tools', click on 'Rules'

(2) Click on the 'New Rule' button.

(3) In the Condition section select 'to'

(4) In the middle section select 'contains'

(5) On the right type in your name as it normally appears in the 'To" section of the e-mails.

(6) Click the 'Add' button.

(7) In the 'Action' portion select 'Send Copy To'

(8) In the box labelled 'to:' type in the e-mail you want it copied to.

(9) Click the 'Add Action' button



That should do it...
