Does anyone know how to select multiple messages in Lotus Notes? I want to delete a month's worth of emails, but there doesn't seem to be an easy way to select several messages all at once (such as shift+left click).
Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!
How to select multiple messages in Lotus Notes?
In the flags column (prob col 1, where the X shows up when you delete something...) just click in the left half of that col next to every message you want to select. a Checkmark will appear. Then when you hit [Delete], ALL those checked msgs will be deleted.
