I have around 84 stationary email that I send out at the end of each month. I attach a .txt file to them and send them out. I would like to create agent to automate the process but I'm sure on how to do this. Can any give me or show where I can create the agent?

Not sure about agent. But you can surely do this using Lotus Notes Script. Search for Lotus notes script in google. I am not sure about the exact link but it's something www.codestore.com here you will get information about Lotus Script API's
