I want to keep a copy of some of my important mails in a file. Im trying through exporting it to a file but the formating is not good. please suggest me some good way of saving a mail in a seperate file preferably in doc format.
How can i save a Lotus notes mail into a file??
1 - Open the mail you want to save.
2- Click on menu File-%26gt;Export.
3 - It will popup a dialog to enter a filename and choose a location...
4 - Select the format you want to save.
5 - click on save...
there you goo..............
