My company just moved from Lotus Notes to Outlook. How can I get the messages from Notes into Outlook?
You would have to import the notes from Lotus to Outlook, if this file is on your PC and you now have Outlook installed do an "import Export" from the file menu and choose Lotus Notes as the program you're importing from and then browse to your Lotus file where all your notes are saved -
You would have had to migrate or export to a file from Lotus if it works anything like Outlook and then import the same type of file in Outlook -

You can use XITNotes tool to do the same. Please write XITNotes in google search and you will get trial version download. It imports Lotus files to Outlook
Reply:Your company should also have migrated the messages from lotus to your exchange server. it should be automatically visible in your outlook now..
