Reply:First off what does that tattoo mean to you? are you sure that is exactly what you want to get or do you just want to get it for the heck of it? It's something that you would have to live with for the rest of your life. Is it something that you would like to show the world or something so special that want to put it some place that only someone special can see. Think of what i said and I know you will make the right choice.

Reply:Don't do lower back. It's very cliche. If you're planning on having a proffessional career make sure you put it some place where you can cover it up. If you want to have children someday, put it where it won't get really stretched out. If you always wear closed shoes to work, the foot is a cute place for little flowers and such.
Reply:Ankle tattoos are cute, but are painful because it is only skin, bone, and nerves in that area. A flower would look nice on the side of a neck, or on your waist. Lower back is not good, because people consider it a "tramp stamp". Shoulder tattoos are awfully cute. But, you have to think about what you are going to do in the future if you do not want the tattoo anymore; an ankle would be great because as you get older it will not stretch.

I think the lower back is your best option, it can be hidden if it needs to be and exposed at the right times :)

but on the shoulder blade you can cover it up if need be but you can show it off when you want...
