Should i buy a Lotus Elise or a Lamborghini Countach?

If you're asking here you obviously can't afford either...

Should i buy a Lotus Elise or a Lamborghini Countach?
I like Lamborghini and so do all the girls
Reply:He has a hard on for wrestling so that tells me probably under the age of 18 and couldn't afford a 86 Honda.
Reply:I would get the Elise S, the one w/ 190 bhp. The reason why, is because the Lotus I think looks better than the Lambo, and it goes around a track just as fast as the Lambo. And the Lotus is cheaper. And the Lotus is new. So get the Elise S.
Reply:Another dorky troll. If you really had the money you wouldn't be asking this question.
Reply:A Prius... oh, I forgot, the other guy said you can't afford any car. Guess he's right.

:-)
Reply:the countach is pretty old but it is a lamborghini and the lotus elise has one of the best grips in the world for a car so i suggesrt that you buy the lotus because it also much more cheaper then the lambo.
Reply:lotus

lambos are wayyyyyyy overpriced
Reply:Yea. Why not buy an island that you can controll all the speeding laws.

Make me laugh though. Good Luck though.

Why not buy both...
Reply:If you want to drive the car , the lotus . modern building process, wont rust , and it even has a toyota engine. sound like a car that might last ?

If you want a collector piece, the lambo. But make sure you are not buying a model with the horrible "big bumpers", and find out where the car is in its maitenance cycles . This often makes this type of car deal a good buy or a money pit.
Reply:Sorry can't answer the question but I would say; Neither!

For cost, everyday drive, insurance, comfort over the Lotus, race ready, roll bars, 6 speed, power convertible, 9ooo rpms; a Yello-w,Honda, s-2000 rules. It is bullet proof and is absolutely fun and has a top end of 156mph. (which I will NEVER do anyway) The cost is around $34,000.

Take the change from the Lotus about $14,000. and go on vacation to Cancun 2x per year for 14 years, or buy a Vortex supercharger for the s-2000 and boost the hp to 380 and still go to Cancun 16 X's;or buy the Countach and not afford the gas,(4-6 mpg when booging) insurance, and stay home if it snows and by the way; vacation is not in the picture.

I would die if someone hit my Lambo (if I owned one) because; It would loose 1/2 of the wholesale value if it was in a major crash.

So for the money anyway; I would buy the Lotus Elise. For Christmas, I would buy the S-2000 for most of my friends. (if I had the money for the Countach.) Hopefully one of them will buy the Lamborghini and I will get to ride in it. (PS. The people that I have met with the Lamborghini Countach have the spoilers consistently ripped from the clearance to the road. You have to drive them in perfect conditions; like roads with no pot holes or bumps. They are exotic and waaaaay too much to repair!
Reply:Lotus. It's newer, looks better, and is cheaper. Lamborghini's are WAY overrated.

Hope this helps!
