Lotus Notes?

My brother viewed a colleague's mailbox at work without permission. He previewed the unread messages so it wouldn't show as read on their inbox or send any read receipts.

However when he went into the Views%26gt;All documents folder, it showed about 6 emails (about the same number he read), and under 'who' it showed his name. It showed the time too. If 'all documents' shows everything - inbox/outbox/drafts etc, I can understand why there'd a few emails there, as he's sent/received a few emails to his colleague. However why would the time show as when he (naughtily I know) read them from his colleague's mailbox, and not when the email was sent or received?

Please don't tell me he's done wrong etc - he knows this and is sh*tting it, but we are worried about why it would show the time as when he looked at it from the colleague's mailbox under the Views%26gt;All Documents folder.

Lotus Notes?
Email Monitoring for Lotus Notes is designed for large organisations some of which, like banks and financial institutions, require complete audit trails of such things like ........ who accessed a particular e-mail, when they did it and what they did with it.

So, yes he has been caught, just as the programming designed.
